Paris Street Style – From The Back

Aug. 09, 2023

paris street style

I am fascinated with Paris street style. One of my favorite things to do here in Paris is walking around the city with my 35mm film Pentax camera and capturing interesting looking people from their backs. I find that the people and the surrounding blend and compliment each other as if it was all planned.

I don’t think I will ever get enough of the iconic trench coat, called in French “Un Imper”, short for “Imperme’able”. It always catches my attention, blends perfectly everywhere and compliments everyone!

C’est Incroyable!

The reason I love taking pictures from the back, is that’s the only way the people will be completely natural. Also, there is something very cinematic and mysterious about it that I really love and intrigued by.
